Customer Service Representative I – Tampa, FL

Customer Service Representative I’s are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer order status and product knowledge.
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns following departmental policies and procedures.
  • Answer incoming calls, assist customers with quoting, order entry, order processing, invoicing, and maintain comprehensive record-keeping.

  • Ensure proper handling and filing of sensitive materials and records in accordance with established internal controls.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related goals and objectives as assigned.
Other Requirements / Skills (Education, Software, Hardware, Etc.)
  • Proficient in Accounting/Transaction software such as SAGE100 & SAGE CRM.
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to resolve critical issues.
  • Skilled in multitasking and adept at managing conflicts within the business environment.
  • Actively engaged in company development plans with a strong dedication to work.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • This is a full-time position.
