Customer Service Representative I’s are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via various communication channels.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer order status and product knowledge.
Process customer orders, changes, and returns following departmental policies and procedures.
Answer incoming calls, assist customers with quoting, order entry, order processing, invoicing, and maintain comprehensive record-keeping.

Ensure proper handling and filing of sensitive materials and records in accordance with established internal controls.
Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving related goals and objectives as assigned.
Other Requirements / Skills (Education, Software, Hardware, Etc.)
Proficient in Accounting/Transaction software such as SAGE100 & SAGE CRM.
Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence.
Creative problem solver with the ability to resolve critical issues.
Skilled in multitasking and adept at managing conflicts within the business environment.
Actively engaged in company development plans with a strong dedication to work.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
This is a full-time position.
